Quick reminder to come to Brickyard tonight by 5:30- we are the "home" team so we may need to do the first warm-up. For those who weren't at morning practice, we've declared it "wacky hat" night so please pick a good hat (or make one) to help us with the theme of "using your head" (ie swimming smart and remembering the things we've worked on in practice)

Bathing suits that were back-ordered have arrived (it's a bona fide miracle!). Please see Mrs Basha tonight for your suit and thank her for taking on this extra job.

Please help us keep all swimmers together and focused on the meet tonight. There is a playground an a lot of deck space at brickyard that should be OFF LIMITS for our swimmers. We have had problems with vandalism this season that will not be tolerated. We need all swimmers and adults having an eye out for wayward swimmers. Please talk to your children about being good to our environment and focused on the TEAM and the MEET. I may need extra 'deck police' on top of the herders so see me if you want to volunteer.

On a more positive note the vast majority of your children have been really working hard and making great progress. Be sure to notice and reinforce their IMPROVEMENT tonight. Brickyard is a tough team but we could be competitive if EVERYONE swims their smartest and best race.
